Blend Family to open food hall at Nottingham’s Victoria Centre

Blend Family has announced plans to open a new food hall at Nottingham’s Victoria Centre, marking its first site in the city.The 17,500 sq ft venue, called Clocktower Works, will be located in the centre’s Clocktower dining quarter and is scheduled to open in summer 2026. It will house 14 independent food operators, alongside a bar and a coffee shop.
Blend Family, which operates food halls in Sheffield, Salford Quays and London, said the Nottingham site would focus on independent businesses and long-term partnerships. Independent food operators are being invited to apply to join the line-up.
Clocktower Works will form part of Victoria Centre’s next phase of redevelopment, as the owners seek to expand the centre’s food and beverage offer and strengthen its day-to-evening appeal. The Victoria Centre is owned by SGS UK Retail and asset managed by Pradera Lateral.

Clocktower Works will join Blend Family’s existing portfolio, which includes Cutlery Works and Cambridge Street Collective in Sheffield, Kargo MKT in Salford Quays and Tower Bridge Collective in London, as well as Alfred Works, which is due to open in Digbeth, Birmingham.
