Sartoria is set to open a new restaurant near Liverpool Street next month, marking the third London location for the Italian dining brand founded by Sir Terence Conran.
The new site, Sartoria Liverpool Street, will open on 1 February 2026 and is operated by the Evolv Collection. It follows the launch of Sartoria Launceston Place in November 2025 and forms part of a wider expansion plan for the brand during 2026.
Located in the City of London, the restaurant is aimed at local workers and residents and will offer an all-day dining and bar experience inspired by Milanese cuisine and design.
The menu has been developed jointly by Marco Ruggiu, head chef at Sartoria Launceston Place, Davide Torro, head chef at Sartoria Savile Row, and Gianmarco Cossentino, head chef at Sartoria Battersea.
The kitchen will focus on refined Milanese dishes, supported by a wine list of more than 100 labels with an emphasis on Italian producers. The venue will also include a dedicated bar serving cocktails alongside the wine offering.
Interiors have been designed in collaboration with brand historian Ron Cregan and draw on mid-20th Century Milanese design, reflecting Conran’s original concept for Sartoria when it opened on Savile Row in 1990.
Features include a marble bar, a mix of traditional tiling and soft furnishings, and an outdoor terrace inspired by northern Italian garden dining.
Sartoria was founded by Conran as a fusion of Savile Row tailoring culture and Italian gastronomy and has remained one of London’s best-known Italian restaurant brands. It became part of the Evolv Collection following a redesign in 2015.
Martin Williams, chief executive of the Evolv Collection, said: “With Sartoria Liverpool Street, we’re bringing the refined Milanese sensibility that underpins the brand to the City of London. This opening represents another important milestone in our expansion of Sartoria.”
