Phil Howard to open fast-casual Notto site at Broadgate

Notto, the pasta brand founded by chef Phil Howard and business partner Julian Dyer, will open a new fast-casual site at Broadgate on 22 December. 

The launch marks the first quick-service format for the business, which currently operates two pasta bars in Piccadilly and Covent Garden.

The Broadgate restaurant will offer six pasta dishes and four salads, with all food prepared by the Notto team. 

The menu includes dishes such as rigatoni cacio e pepe, spaghetti with a beef and mushroom Bolognese, gnocchetti with sausage and fennel, porcini strozzapreti, pumpkin ravioli and a truffle pasta option. 

Salads include tuna, chicken, blue cheese and a simple green side salad. Portion prices range from £4.50 for salads to £25 for the truffle pasta.

A dedicated burrata counter will also feature, offering 100g portions of burrata with a choice of accompaniments, such as smashed olives, pesto or anchovy dressing.

The service model has been designed for speed, with pasta cooked to order while customers move along the counter to select salads or snacks. 

All items, including pasta, sauces, salads, focaccia and desserts, are made in-house.
