Joe and the Juice has expanded its UK estate by 16 stores this year, including four openings over November and December, as part of a wider plan to grow to more than 1,000 sites globally within five years.

The Danish chain said the latest openings take its UK store count to 89 by the end of 2025, up from 68 at the end of 2023 – an increase of 31%.

New sites include the brand’s first stores in Cambridge, which opened in November, followed by launches in Bath and Windsor in December. The business has also continued to build its presence in Manchester, with a new store at the Trafford Centre opening in November.

A further Manchester site on Mosley Street is scheduled to open in February 2026, following earlier launches this year at Manchester Airport and on Cross Street, close to the Arndale shopping centre.

Jon James, UK managing director at Joe and the Juice, said: “The response from UK customers this year has been incredible. Each new store we’ve opened has outperformed expectations, which gives us huge confidence as we accelerate our stores into new regions.”

According to the company, these latest openings mark the start of a larger roll-out planned for next year, with additional regional markets targeted as it builds on what it described as growing demand for fresh, convenience-led food and drink options.
