Redwigwam, the UK-based platform for flexible staff, has signed a partnership with hospitality software company Eviivo to “help rebuild the hospitality sector”.

Redwigwam said it has over 180,000 vetted workers ready at the touch of a button through its AI recruitment platform and has helped over 5,000 businesses with finding and managing temp staff to fill their shifts.

It added the partnership with Eviivo, which helps over 13,000 hosts, property owners and hoteliers successfully manage properties through its platform, will help Redwigwam extend its offerings to ease communication services, manage guests and automate tasks for a wide range of B&Bs, hotels, pubs with rooms, vacation rentals and other independent accommodation.

Lorna Davidson, founder and CEO of Redwigwam, said: “We are pleased to welcome eviivo, the award-winning booking management experts, to our long list of hospitality partners.
“We are looking forward to seeing how we can help bring significant workforce achievements to the accommodation sector together.

“With the pent-up travel demand and over £190bn in additional household savings, opportunities exist for a hospitality sector boom in 2022.”

She added: “Our partnership will help sectors like hospitality to better navigate worker shortages and rising wage costs as well as providing business owners tools to succeed the next time that critical shortages occur.”

Jill Walker, director of Distribution at Eviivo, said: “By working together, Redwigwam and eviivo are doing their part to help during these troubled times of unpredictability and worker shortages.

“With Redwigwam providing flexible staffing solutions for hospitality businesses and eviivo automating many of the time-consuming tasks involved with running a hospitality business, at least some of the many pressures on hard-working hosts and hoteliers can be eased.
“That means they will have more time freed up for what they do best – looking after their guests.”
