Just Pizza and Pasta has reported a 15% increase in sales since the start of January 2026 as it begins a search for franchise partners across the UK.

The independent restaurant, located in Douglas on the Isle of Man, attributed the growth to its focus on value-led dining and operational discipline.

The brand, which features an open kitchen concept, specialises in fresh dough pizzas and cooked-to-order pasta dishes.

The business is now seeking hands-on operators and multi-site entrepreneurs to expand the brand beyond the Isle of Man.

The move comes as many independent hospitality businesses look to franchising as a primary route for regional growth.

The company stated that its current performance highlights a resilient demand for Italian comfort food despite ongoing cost pressures within the wider hospitality sector.

The franchise model is designed around systems-led execution to ensure “consistency across future locations”.

The management team believes the current trading momentum provides a “solid” foundation for its 2026 expansion strategy.

The company said: “The growth signals what the business believes will be a bumper year, driven by consistent demand, operational discipline, and a clear focus on value-led dining.

“Just Pizza and Pasta is now actively seeking franchise partners across the UK. The opportunity is aimed at hands-on operators and multi-site entrepreneurs looking to build modern, scalable hospitality businesses.”
