Cocktail bar Slug and Lettuce has reopened in Lincoln following a six-figure refurbishment by owner Stonegate Group.

The venue on Lincoln High Street relaunched on 27 June with a new interior design, outdoor seating upgrades, and a refreshed drinks offering.

The redesign includes new lighting, furniture and four VIP huts fitted with upholstered booths and mood lighting.

As part of the revamp, the venue’s external area has been fitted with artificial grass, festoon lighting and faux plants.

Additional seating and sofas have also been installed throughout the site.

To mark the reopening, the venue hosted a weekend of events, including live music and a DJ set, followed by a garden party with outdoor bottomless brunch.

The venue continues to offer two-for-one cocktails and has an expanded range of low and no-alcohol drinks.

Students can access discounts through the MiXR Student app, including 25% off food and bottomless brunch deals.

Lara Shelley, general manager, said: “This investment has transformed Slug and Lettuce Lincoln into an absolute showstopper that we know our guests will love.

“The new design elements are not only visually stunning but also create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our guests. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and show off what we’ve been working hard on behind the scenes.”
