A new NY-inspired restaurant NYnLon, which is affiliated with the Hyatt Regency London, has opened its doors in London Blackfriars, “bringing together a blend of two major cities”.
The new restaurant is a neighbourhood style bistro, which fuses food from both New York and London and features a cosmopolitan setting with dark wood panelling and vintage illustration artwork.
The menu includes Aubergine Parmigiana, Glazed Short Rib, Melty Cheese Burger and New York Cheesecake.
The bar offers a selection of drinks, including American wines, champagnes, craft beers and American-influenced bourbon mixology.
NYnLon said: “NYnLon is sophisticated yet approachable, offering an accessible all-day dining experience in a relaxed, friendly environment.
“The new restaurant fuses comfort food recipes from London and New York, with the concept highlighting those meaningful moments and food stories told around the table as they celebrate the charm and local traditions rich with the heritage and influences of these two great cities.”
Steven Walters-Hawke, executive chef, added: “Being a part of the opening of the new NYnLon is incredibly exciting. The recipes, which incorporate our spin on classic comfort foods, will take you to another dimension.”
