Roberto Costa to open Fish Game in Canary Wharf

Restauranterer Roberto Costa, founder of group Macellaio RC, will open a new restaurant Fish Game in Canary Wharf this Spring.

Executive head chef  Lello Favuzzi, previously at Mortimer House and L’Anima,  will work closely alongside Roberto to bring Fish Game to Life.

Adding to the appeal of Fish Game will be a tequila bar, where Aperitivo will be served daily. The wine list menu will include a worldwide selection, both old and new, with a focus on small artisan producers.

Roberto Costa said: “Fish Game represents the most important elements for us, sea, and sky, brought together by fire in our brand-new concept. It will have a romantic atmosphere, with a high focus on sustainability, where the choice of wild animals goes according to the season, and everything is sourced carefully in the UK.

“Quality has no boundaries, and as an Italian restaurateur who has always been working with Italian products since the beginning of my career, since I came to the UK, I fell in love with the land, and I want to bring to my guests table the best English products. Fish Game will be an English feast by an Italian waiter.”
