Heartwood Collection has announced the appointment of Richard Ferrier as its new chief executive officer.
Ferrier’s latest promotion this month comes after he joined the brand, which operates Brasserie Blanc and Heartwood Inns, in 2011.
During his time at Heartwood Collection, Ferrier held the roles of operations director of Brasserie Blanc and chief commercial officer, before becoming managing director in February 2020.
In his new role, Ferrier will be responsible for the running of the business.
The company rebranded to Heartwood Collection on 6 July 2023 after previously being known as Brasserie Bar Co.
According to the company, it aims to have almost 400 boutique bedrooms by June 2027, which will create a further 1,500 jobs across the UK.
