Big Mamma has signed at Quadrant’s YY London building in Canary Wharf to open a new 9,500 sq ft restaurant in June.
This is the latest in a raft of F&B deals to have completed at YY London. Earlier this year Brother Marcus, London’s leading Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group, announced it was bringing its offering to YY London this summer, having taken 2,861 sq ft on a 20-year lease.
Hagen, a Danish espresso bar, has also recently opened its seventeenth outlet at YY London – a 1,141 sq ft bar on a 10-year lease.

YY London was purchased in 2019 by a joint venture between Quadrant and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. to extensively refurbish the building.
Tristram Gethin, founding partner at Quadrant, said: “We welcome Big Mamma to YY London. The brand joining Revolut, Brother Marcus and Hagen, is further testament to the building’s quality and the role it is playing in Canary Wharf’s community.”
