Caribbean-style bar and restaurant, Rum Kitchen has announced the opening of its third branch in London’s Shoreditch, next year.

Founded by Alex Potter and Jonny Boud, The Rum Kitchen, the restaurant has two other sites located in London’s Soho and Brixton, specialising in Caribbean inspired food.

Items on the menu include ‘signature jerk bbq wings’, curry mutton, fritters and roasted pull goat.

Shivi Ramoutar, former Masterchef contestant in 2013, has also collaborated with the restaurant to create a full plant-based menu, which includes jackfruit parcels, roasted aubergine, veg curry and a bang bang bowl.
