Wingstop has signed a 15-year lease to open a new restaurant at Cribbs Venue later this year.
The 4,500 sq ft unit will offer the brand’s signature menu of wings, tenders, and burgers.
Founded in Texas in 1994, Wingstop launched in the UK in 2018 and expanded into Ireland in 2025. The brand currently operates more than 85 locations across the UK and Ireland.
The new restaurant joins a food and beverage line-up that includes Wagamama, Nando’s, and Slim Chickens, as well as recent additions Pizza Express and Honest Burger.
The expansion comes amid ongoing investment across Cribbs Causeway to position the site as a regional leisure destination, where Gen Z visitor numbers increased by 13% during 2025.
Iain Minto, senior director of asset management at Sovereign Centros by CBRE, said: “As we continue to evolve the food and beverage line-up at Cribbs to cater for a growing Gen Z audience it is important to welcome popular brands such as Wingstop.
“With further development and investment taking place across Cribbs Causeway, we are working hard to ensure Cribbs remains a full-day out destination and a strong food and beverage offering is key to this. There is something for everyone at Cribbs which is allowing us to attract visitors from across the region and beyond.”
