New bar Pinch has launched in the heart of Fitzrovia, which combines cocktails and tapas with a modern take on Ukrainian vodka infusions.

Located on Tottenham Street, Pinch is an eighty-cover cocktail bar which features a private drinking area and a foliage-clad room for 20 people.

Bar manager Ricardo De Oliveira has curated a cocktail list which includes the ‘Pinch Margarita’ with El Tequileno Reposado, Patron Citronge, sour and agave, ‘The Kharkiv’ with Hendrick’s gin, cucumber, basil, agave and soda as well as ‘Kyiv Mule’ with Dima’s vodka, Peychaud bitters, mint and ginger beer.

To eat, the tapas sharing style menu features bar snacks like ‘popcorn with smoked bacon dust’ (£4), ‘green bean tempura with garlic aioli’ (£6) and ‘spicy prawns with heritage tomato, garlic and chilli’ (£8).

Larger dishes consist of ‘sliced bavette steak with garlic butter, pickled red onion, rocket and brioche’ (£14).

Pinch Bar is also available for full venue hire, with special food and drink packages available as well as cocktail masterclasses.
