Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has announced the completion of its acquisition of Pizza East in Shoreditch, East London

Following its acquisition, the restaurant is due to officially reopen its doors on Wednesday 15 March, with the venue also accepting reservations ahead of the opening.

Ahead of the opening, Pizza East has gotten a new menu, which includes rigatoni alla vodka and nduja and honey pizza.

Despite the changes, Gordon Ramsay Restaurant maintains that Pizza East’s heritage, which was built over a decade, will “remain proudly part of its future”.

Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, said: “Our restaurant group and the Soho House Group have always had a great relationship, as colleagues, friends, and leaders in hospitality.

“Pizza East is a brand that is and will continue to be, cherished for years to come, as well as sitting proudly in our portfolio offering great food and great service to all our guests.”
