The BGF-backed Thai restaurant group, Giggling Squid, has announced changes to its executive team as it continues its growth plans amid recent openings in Harrogate and Alderley Edge.
Previous regional managers for the 45 strong restaurant business, Simon Gallagher and Darko Salaj, have both been promoted to operation directors.
In their new roles, both will report to chief commercial officer, Vikas Agarwal, following the departure of chief operating officer Rory Marthinusen from the business earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Sylfest Muldal, previous head of property, becomes property director. Additionally, Hannah Johnson, previous head of marketing, becomes marketing director, and both join the new executive team structure.
