Bulgari Hotel London, located in Knightsbridge, has appointed Adriano Cavagnini as executive chef.

Originally from Italy, Cavagnini has previously held positions in Brazil, Switzerland, Argentina, Monte Carlo, Rome and London. Formerly the executive chef at Rome’s Hotel Eden and Four Seasons Park Lane, he will be joining the hotel team from the Corinthia Hotel where he has spent the past two years.

Kostas Sfaltos, general manager at Bulgari Hotel, London, said: “With 35 years of culinary experience behind him, 15 years of which at Executive Chef level, Adriano joins us with an impressive knowledge of the ever-changing demands of hotel dining.

“With multiple awards to his name, we are pleased to bring his dynamic and innovative energy to the Bulgari London dining experience.”
