Costa Coffee is set to open in outlet shopping center, Dalton Park.
The new branch is part of four other deals that the retail center has made to bring new brands to the Durham based outlet park.
Caroline Midgley, acquisition manager at Costa said: “We are delighted to be bringing a new Costa Coffee to Dalton Park, the destination has developed a really strong line up of brands and it has been on our target list for quite a while”.
He added: “It is great to be playing our part in creating new jobs and a community hub for the area.”
