Two Birds Spirits distillery launches infused gins and summer serves

Leicestershire-based craft gin distillery, Two Birds Spirits, has developed three infused gin editions to celebrate World Gin Day on 8 June.

Already said to be proving a huge success among customers, the three new releases created and bottled at the distillery in the town of Market Harborough, Leicestershire, include Two Birds Spirits Parma Violet Gin, Lemongrass Gin and Watermelon Gin, all distilled using award-winning methods from founder and master distiller Mark Gamble.

The three new editions add to the brand’s growing collection of spirits which includes vodka, rum and absinthe.

Gamble said: “It’s important to always be innovative and develop new spirits that inspire our customers to get creative at home and enjoying Two Birds. Engineering new taste profiles is at the heart of our craft spirits business, with vodka, rum, gin and absinthe we now have more than 20 spirits in the craft collection and it will continue to grow.”
