Breddos has closed its Soho branch less than two years after opening.

Breddos posted an instagram picture confirming the closure with the caption: “Soho, it’s been sweet. We’ve had an incredible 1.5 years here at Kingly St, have loved every second of it, but tonight we close our doors. Thank you to our team and our customers who have shared some fun memories with us.”

Patty and Bun is understood to be taking over the Soho site for its tenth full-service restaurant in London

Breddos began service in 2011, from a Hackney car park before moving to its Clerkenwell store in October 2016 and Soho in autumn 2017.

The Clerkenwell restaurant will continue to trade and with Breddos team set to open up a new mexican restaurant in Liverpool next month called “Madre.”
