An “international tapas” restaurant named 360 Restaurant has opened in Surbiton.

The restaurant which claims to offer dishes from “every corner of the world”, will be headed up by Akshay Sabharwal who has worked for Hilton Casinos, Emirates, elegant boutique hotels and F1-Silverstone. Sabharwal has 26 years’ experience in the catering industry with skills gained from Michelin-starred chefs.

Sabharwal recently received the Kingston Business Excellence Awards 2017 for his work at Jack’s Kitchen in food and hospitality. Dishes on the menu will include smoked scallops in a ponzu, coconut and kaffir lime reduction, crisp fried crab with black risotto rice and a passionfruit and chilli sorbet or a crispy talo corn tortilla with burrata, heritage tomatoes, micro basil, chlorophyll infused olive oil.

Interior design at the restaurant will be based on oval shapes as a symbol of earth with an oval shaped bar and oval seating areas.
