Wolf Alice launch ‘Yuk Brew’ craft beer

Mercury Prize winning band, Wolf Alice have announced their own craft beer named ‘Yuk Brew’ in reference to their song ‘Yuk Foo’.

The band will release the beer in partnership with Manchester craft brewers Seven Bro7hers, and will launch the beer at their final two gigs of the year at Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse and London’s O2 Academy Brixton. The band said the beer will be available “elsewhere” in 2019.

In a statement the band said: “We really like lager and we really like Manchester, so we teamed up with Seven Bro7hers brewery to make our very own bev. Here she is, ‘Yuk Brew’ in all her glory. A delicious lager for every occasion.”

Seven Bro7hers said in a statement: “We have joined forces with the most exciting rock band in the UK, Wolf Alice to create a craft lager with depth quality & meaning.”
