Carters unveils pop-up at Birmingham member’s club

They will create a ‘Chef’s Table’ experience in the boardroom where guests can expect the UK’s ‘highest-quality’ produce in a multi-course format

The Michelin-starred restaurateurs, Brad and Holly Carter, are relocating Carters to Birmingham’s city centre from 2 February to 31 May 2024 to the private members club, Eighteen, at 103 Colmore Row.

Carters moved to Westlands UK in Evesham this summer from their Moseley location of 13 years. This is to precede the opening of a restaurant in the city centre in the summer 2024.

Carters at Eighteen will be open for Friday dinner service, Saturday Lunch and dinner service, Sunday dinner service, and Monday dinner service, with the possibility of reserving the space for private hire on request.

Brad and Holly Carter said: “We’re really looking forward to our debut in the city centre. To serve our food against breath-taking views of the city and to partner with Eighteen, whose sustainability practices mirror our own is a real buzz.

“We’re also keen to build our presence in the city centre ahead of our restaurant opening in the summer of 2024; super exciting times ahead!”
