One Devonshire Gardens restaurant awarded 3 AA Rosettes

With its flavour and culinary creativity, it is the only establishment to have reached the accomplishment in February

The restaurant at One Devonshire Gardens by hotel Du Vin in Glasgow has recently been awarded 3 AA Rosettes.

It is the only establishment in Scotland to be recognised in the February 2023 AA Rosette Awards announcement, and one of only 14 accredited with 3 AA Rosettes nationwide.

Curated by Michelin-trained head chef, Gary Townsend, the restaurant invites diners to explore a menu of the highest quality fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic produce offering a true taste of the Scottish larder.

“It’s always been my personal aim to achieve this award at One Devonshire and I’m absolutely delighted we are now on par with some of the best restaurants in the UK.”

The setting of the restaurant has been described as “sophisticated and relaxed” with tables nestled beneath antique chandeliers. Located within Hotel du Vin’s historic Glasgow property, the hotel and restaurant are well-placed for exploring the city as well as being only 30 minutes from Loch Lomond.

David Barkley, general manager of the hotel, concluded: “It goes without saying that the past couple of years have been extremely challenging, but Gary and his team have remained focused on delivering exceptional food. We look forward to continuing to push our standards in the coming year and ensure that our guests can enjoy the special experience that we offer here at One Devonshire Gardens.”
