Burger & Sauce multi-unit franchisee opens new Derby site

Burger and Sauce multi-unit franchisee Subhan Munir has launched his third store, with the new site opening today at Derby’s retail and leisure destination, Derbion, creating 15 new jobs.  

The latest site is situated in the shopping centre’s food court, which is currently being refurbished with more than £2m investment. 

Burger and Sauce, which was named as the winner of Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year 2022 for the Midlands, now has seven restaurants with more set to open in the region within the next few months. 

Munir, who already operates Burger and Sauce sites in Alum Rock, Birmingham and Nottingham said: “Excitement has been building up to the grand opening!  We launch with two days of special promotions, with 50% off all Burgers on the 2nd and 3rd of December 2022 to welcome new customers and let them experience the amazing taste of our fresh burgers all made to order plus our range of signature sauces.

“It’s been an incredible year.  There are certainly challenges with increased costs which all businesses are facing right now, but we’ve worked hard to continue to offer great value to our customers without any compromise on the quality food we offer.”
