Great Central pub is a more “relaxed” concept for The Landmark London which is already well-established for its cocktails and fine dining in the palm tree adorned Winter Garden. The menu will offer comforting old pub classics with a modern twist and focus more on locally sourced beers and a refined wine list.

Chef Matt Fletcher will launch and lead the Great Central pub which was previously the Great Central bar and restaurant. Fletcher has 21 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, working in renowned international luxury venues across the UK and Australia.

Fergus Stewart, general manager, said : “It’s great for us to welcome Matt back to the kitchens at the hotel, but this time in his own establishment, which I know will be a fantastic addition to the property.
