Domino’s non-executive director to step down
Kevin Higigns has served on the board since September 2014 after a 20 year career in branded consumer foods in both Europe and the US

Domino’s has announced that Kevin Higgins, non-executive director, will step down from the board on 8 September 2021 when his current term in office expires.
He has served on the board since September 2014 after a 20 year career in branded consumer foods in both Europe and the US.
He has also chaired the remuneration committee since 2014. Higgins will be succeeded by Stella David who will become the new chair of the committee with immediate effect.

“I would also like to thank Kevin for his support since I joined the company and for his assistance as we refreshed and reshaped the board.”
