200 Degrees to launch Cannock coffee shop
Due to open on 9 June, the venue will represent 200 Degrees’ second venture with the McArthurGlen retail group, following from its East Midlands site
Coffee roasters 200 Degrees has announced the upcoming launch of a new coffee shop at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands in Cannock, Staffordshire.
Due to open on 9 June, the venue will represent 200 Degrees’ second venture with the McArthurGlen retail group, following from its East Midlands site.
The coffee shop will feature 36 indoor covers, as well as exterior seating for an additional 60 customers and a dedicated takeaway hatch.
Moreover, 12 new full-time and part-time jobs will be created by the site that sits a 30 minute drive from Birmingham.
Tom Vincent, managing director at 200 Degrees, said: “We’re definitely looking to the future and this shop is the second with McArthurGlen, we’re keen to form a strong partnership with them.
“It’s been a very tough year for everyone, but our people have been fantastic and have adapted to every new challenge thrown at them.”
Continuing along the group’s “distinctively independent” coffee shop theme, the venue features an “interesting” layout, shaped as an octagonal-based prism.
The Cannock site follows recent announcements of the group’s Manchester opening and upcoming York launch, as 200 Degrees continues to expand its UK coffee shop portfolio.
