WatchHouse opens seventh and largest site

To celebrate the opening, WatchHouse will offer a complimentary coffee to customers of their choosing on Friday 30 April between 9am and 12pm

WatchHouse has announced that it has opened its seventh and largest site, located in central London at St Mary’s Axe.

To celebrate the opening, WatchHouse will offer a complimentary coffee to customers of their choosing on Friday 30 April between 9am and 12pm.

The rest of 2021 will see the group expand across London and into the South West opening five more sites, each of which is sustainably sourced.

The 3,900 sq ft cafe stretches over three floors, seating over 70 guests in total, within “carefully curated” spaces suitable for both groups or individuals. There is also a spacious outdoor terrace, which seats 30, whilst waiting for indoor dining to be permitted.

The design takes inspiration from the Can of Ham building itself, integrating brewing technology to include a custom brew-bar and acid washed ModBar, within a twelve meter long brushed stainless steel curved counter with suspended monolithic canopy arch.

Following the opening, the coffee specialist revealed it will then open sites in Bishopsgate, Seven Dials, Marylebone and Covent Garden within the next six months.

Additionally, the group will open its first site outside of London, in Bath, in autumn 2021.
