American burger chain Shake Shack has joined Deliveroo Editions in Brighton.

Customers will be able to order meals from Shake Shack, all cooked and prepared at Deliveroo’s purpose built, delivery-only, super kitchen in Brighton. Items on the menu include the brand’s signature ShackBurger, crinkle cut fries and cheese sauce.

Shake Shack, which opened its first UK site in Covent Garden in 2013, has launched in 16 UK locations to date.

Following the closure of all their UK restaurants due to Covid-19, Shake Shack looked to expand its reach using Deliveroo’s delivery-only Editions kitchens.

The burger brand launched its first Deliveroo Editions site in London’s Battersea earlier this year and after a successful trial, launched a further two kitchens in Swiss Cottage and Bermondsey.

Daniel Harris, head of editions for Regional UK said: “Deliveroo is all about bringing more choice to customers. Shake Shack is hugely popular across London so we’re delighted that we are able to help bring their delicious burgers to residents in Brighton.”
