The Real Greek to open first site in Scotland

The Real Greek is set to open its first site in Scotland, with a new site in St James Quarter, a new district in the city centre of Edinburgh. 

It marks The Real Greek’s 26th site, its 14th site outside of the capital and the fifth new restaurant to open in 2022. It comes as the group said it plans to expand its portfolio, with future openings in Scotland in the pipeline. 

The new 140-cover site offers indoor seating and a Click and Collect offering. Located in the east end of Edinburgh’s New Town, St James Quarter features a  mix of retail, dining and leisure destinations including The Alchemist, Everyman Cinema and Lane7. The Real Greek will be the first Greek restaurant in The Quarter.

Not only have we opened our first Northern England property this year, but now we are expanding into Scotland, with ambitious growth plans to roll out more restaurants in this fantastic country.
