The Menus will be created by executive head chef Shailesh Deshmukh, previously of The Leela Palaces Mumba.
The restaurant is designed by Yabu Pushelberg, and its street-level terrace will allow for year-round alfresco dining on Leicester Square.
Available for lunch and dinner, Whitcombās a la carte menu will feature a selection of plates made up of āFrench classics as well as modern interpretations of much-loved dishesā.
