Six by Nico, the restaurant group renowned for its six-course tasting menus, officially opened the doors to its new Bristol venue.
The new restaurant is located at Unit SU9, Quakers Friars Cabot Circus, blending “contemporary elegance with a welcoming atmosphere”.
Founded by chef Nico Simeone, Six by Nico offers an immersive dining experience through its signature six-course tasting menu — a changing culinary journey inspired by different themes, destinations, and concepts every six weeks.
The Bristol venue features a “stylish and intimate” setting, seating up to 62 guests, and an open kitchen pass that gives diners a glimpse into the cooking behind each dish.
The restaurant will also have an outdoor terrace area, offering a selection of cocktails and wines, including signature serves such as Nico’s Three Aged Cocktails.
For its grand opening, the inaugural menu will be Six by Nico’s The Chippie, a reimagination of chip shop classics. The six-course tasting menu includes chips, cheese and curry sauce, monkfish scampi, steak pie, fish supper, smoked sausage and deep-fried Mars bar.
