Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana has announced it will open its latest restaurant on Oozells Street from Monday 6 February.

Since first opening in 2015 from its original Rudy’s in Ancoats, the pizzeria has expanded its presence with the brand-new 90-cover restaurant in Brindleyplace being its second location in Birmingham.

Rudy’s follows the Neapolitan tradition of pizza making, serving classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza.

Josh Cheevers, general manager of Rudy’s Brindleyplace, said: “We look forward to opening our doors on Oozells Street from Monday 6 February. The team have loved serving our Neapolitan pizza in Birmingham and we hope this new site will be another welcoming addition for the city.”
