Mexican restaurant Kol has announced its new Marylebone restaurant will open in March 2020. 

Kol, which takes its name from the Spanish word for cabbage (col), was founded by former Noma Mexico chef Santigo Kastra.

Kol will be situated on Seymour Street in Marlyebone, the 4,600 sq ft restaurant will be split between two floors, covering 56- cover dining room and will feature an open kitchen on the first floor and a tortilla section, as well as traditional comal grill.

The restaurant will also include 20- cover chef’s table bar.

Dishes will include: lamb leg tostada served with gooseberries and walnut oil and fermented chilies, kohlrabi ceviche and langoustine tacos with sea buckthorn. Kol’s menu will also change seasonally.
