A new German street food concept, Döner Shack, will open its second restaurant in Manchester on 22 November 2021.
Located in the Manchester Arndale Centre, the restaurant will offer all-day dining, takeaway, delivery and click and collect in a cool, contemporary environment.
Döner Shack comes from the same team behind Döner Haus, the Berlin-inspired restaurants in Glasgow and Manchester.
The first Döner Shack opened in Leeds in 2019, and a further two openings in Leicester and Glasgow will quickly follow the Manchester launch later this year.
“Döner Shack has taken on a 15-year lease in the Halle Place development at the heart of the Arndale shopping centre, joining other food and drink operators.
As well as classic doners, there will be halloumi and falafel, vegan schnitzel and currywurst, with a selection of draft beers and soft drinks.
Sanjeev Sanghera, co-founder and managing director of Döner Shack, said: “We understand that now more than ever, people don’t want to compromise when it comes to quality, taste and their dining experience, which is why we’ve taken our time to perfect each of these elements.
“It’s only once we’re happy and confident that we can provide the best customer experience, that we open the doors to our restaurants.”
