Chez Lui, the debut restaurant from La Bistrot Collection, a new dining experience by Bagatelle Group, is set to open in Notting Hill in early June.

Inspired by Parisian dining, the 130 sq ft bistro will be located at 184A Kensington Park Rd and feature an open plan layout, with white linens, woods and candlelights.

The bistro is a collaboration with designer Sam Baron, whose other works includes collaborations with brands such as Dior Maison and Dyptique.

The restaurant will be under the helm of chef Rocco Seminara, a Neptune Prize winner trained alongside Alain Ducasse. Alongside him, pastry chef Manon Santini, another Neptune Prize honoree, will create desserts that unite “technical” mastery with “playful elegance” while development chef Pablo Segovia will take inspiration from his global experience to create “innovative” dishes.

The menu will feature seasonally-driven dishes such as egg mayo with tarragon and mustard seeds, artichokes with pesto and vinaigrette, seabass carpaccio, and beef tartare with chimichurri sauce.

In addition, a curated list of wines will include French classics like Sancerre alongside a selection of cocktails.

Le Bistrot Collection is launching this year in London with two new locations, Chez Lui in June and Café des Lilas in Knightsbridge at a later date.
