Independent wholesaler Q Catering has launched a new online ordering system after increased customer demand.
The company will be partnering with SwiftCloud on the new app-based system that will allow online shoppers to place orders at any time of day.
The platform allows customers to create multiple saved shopping lists which can be updated as needed, and see full product descriptions including sizing and allergens as well as make credit card payments.
Orders will be delivered on the next scheduled date, unless requested otherwise, and can be easily managed both in the app and on desktop.
Nick Jennings, financial director, said: “We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new online ordering system in partnership with SwiftCloud, which marks a significant milestone for us. We knew when we approached SwiftCloud, they were the people for the job. They’re focused on creating helpful and user-friendly platforms across all different business types, which is exactly what we wanted to offer to our customers as part of our continued investment plan.
“Our new online ordering system offers a seamless and convenient way to order an array of foodservice products, giving time back to chefs, hotel owners, school managers and more to focus on what they do best.”
