Nightcap has announced that it has entered into a lease for a new London Cocktail Club site in Corn Street, central Bristol.

The new site covers an area of approximately 3,500 square feet with a 2:30 am license over Thursday to Saturday.

It is expected that the new site will open before the end of the calendar year and will have an “unrestricted capacity” of 310.

The group said it currently has a further five sites in “legal negotiations” across several of its brands which are also set to open.

Since the relaxation of the Covid restrictions, the group claimed its bars have continued to “trade well” with it being “particularly pleased” with the performance of its Luna Springs bar in Birmingham where unrestricted capacity has more than doubled to over 1,000.

Sarah Willingham, CEO of Nightcap, said: “I am delighted to announce the first of several new sites for The London Cocktail Club.

“After the strong trading update announced in June and continued strong trading since the easing of Covid restrictions, the group is starting to deliver on its national roll-out strategy and continues to look to capitalise on the pent-up demand from consumers.”
