Champagne and hot dog bar, Bubbledogs is set to undergo a refurbishment after its operator’s Kitchen Table restaurant was awarded a second Michelin star.

JKS’ Kitchen Table is ran from the rear of the same premises as Bubbledogs, where it is thought that refurbishment changes will also affect the menu at the bar where food choices are set to be stripped back, making way for a more extensive drinks menu.

The bar aims to complement its hot dog offering with champagne made by small, independent producers, who own the land their ingredients are made on. The new changes are expected to see wines of the same ilk introduced to the menu.

Bubbledogs says the refurbishment will see the premises transformed into a “refined and modern wine bar, with deep purple and mustard tones highlighted by copper accenting”. The restaurant’s current design is based on brick and wood.
