Ole & Steen appoints former Starbucks director as CMO
Her role will span marketing, brand, product and digital strategy across Ole and Steen’s growing presence in London

Danish bakers Ole and Steen has announced the appointment of Sarah Harris as its new group chief marketing officer as the brand continues to accelerate its growth.Harris joins the business from today (19 May), bringing over 25 years of experience in retail and hospitality marketing to the role, having previously worked as a director at Starbucks.
Her role will span marketing, brand, product and digital strategy across Ole and Steen’s growing presence in London, Copenhagen and New York, whilst strengthening customer engagement and loyalty.
Harris brings a wealth of expertise in customer-centric marketing after nearly a decade at Starbucks EMEA, where she held a variety of senior leadership roles.
Most recently, as director of Marketing, Product, Digital and Sustainability for the UK, she transformed the food offering, doubled Starbucks Rewards app engagement, and led “award-winning” brand and social impact campaigns.
