Hell Yeah Hospitality Group appoints three new directors
The group has strengthened its senior team ahead of its next stage of growth, which will see it expand the Pizza Punks brand across the country in 2024

Hell Yeah Hospitality has announced the appointment of James Richardson in the newly-formed role of director of operations and people, David Moffat as the new commercial director, and Louise McCabe as sales, marketing and brand director.
The group has strengthened its senior team ahead of its next stage of growth, which will see Hell Yeah expand the Pizza Punks brand across the country in 2024.
Richardson previously held the position of head of operations for The Apartment Group, managing the operations of a collection of boutique hotels, wedding venues, bars and restaurants.
Post-pandemic, he began working as a hospitality consultant, assisting small to medium-sized businesses grow and improve in all areas.
Meanwhile, Moffat has previously worked with brands such as Stonegate Pub Company and Gondola Leisure Group, before moving to senior group operation roles with Hero Brands.
As a trained chef, he brings a unique insight into all aspects of hospitality management. The key areas of his expertise lie in strategic planning, analysis and innovative thinking.
In addition, McCabe brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having been a key part of Hell Yeah’s strategic leadership since its inception.
Prior to her appointment, she was group operations director of Hell Yeah. McCabe’s promotion will drive the business forward with new products and campaigns.
