Graysons has appointed Jon White as managing director following the departure of Tim O’Neill.

White, who has more than 40 years’ experience in the foodservice sector, has been closely associated with the business since its early days and rejoined three years ago.

He succeeds O’Neill, who oversaw the company’s transition into the Aramark group and is stepping down after a “successful period of stewardship”.

London-based Graysons operates across visitor attractions, workplace catering and hospitality venues.

According to Graysons, White had played a key role in its recent growth and would now lead efforts to strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance the brand and maintain its focus on sustainability.

Graysons is part of the Aramark UK Workplace and Curated Companies group.

White said: “Graysons has always been close to my heart, and I’m honoured to step into this new role. I’m incredibly proud of the distinct identity we’ve built, rooted in our brilliant team, loyal clients, and values that set us apart. I’m excited to build on that legacy.”
