Courtyard by Marriott, located near Luton Airport has announced it has appointed Anthony Quinn as its new head chef.

Luton local, Quinn brings eight years of experience with him to the role at the hotel, having worked his way up from commis chef at Venue 360, to Sous Chef at both Hilton Garden Inn and Blue Arrow Agency. Quinn’s role at Courtyard represents the chef’s first head chef role.

Quinn said: “I am very excited to start this new chapter at Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport. I hope that my flair in the kitchen makes for an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

“I come from a ‘foodie’ family. My nan was a baker, my grandad a butcher and my mum still works in the industry, so I hope that passion really comes across in the dishes being served from our new menu.”

The new head chef will introduce a new menu featuring a wide variety of dishes including aromatic crispy duck, Cambodian-style vegan curry and a new chocolate fondant.
