Buzzworks secures Cynergy Bank funding to support growth plans
The funding was raised through Alchemy Partners, and the transaction was supported by West Coast Capital, which will remain a key investor
Ayrshire-based hospitality group Buzzworks Holdings has secured funding from Cynergy Bank to support its expansion across Scotland.
The investment will support the refinancing of existing facilities, a management buyout, and provide capital for future acquisitions. Buzzworks plans to add new bar and restaurant sites, and venues that combine hospitality and accommodation.
The company, which operates 22 venues and employs more than 850 staff, is aiming to become a £100m family-run business. It has built a reputation for quality, community focus and innovation.
