Primark, in partnership with Greggs, has opened a new ‘Tasty by Greggs’ café on the top floor of the clothing retailer’s flagship store on Oxford Street

The news of the new café launch follows the launch of a collaboration between the two companies earlier this year, which reportedly saw clothing collections sell out.

The 110-seat café features vibrant interiors, doughnut-inspired seating booths and a sausage roll swing. Customers in a hurry can also skip the queues with Greggs Click and Collect using the Greggs App.

Tony Rowson, property director at Greggs, said: “Since opening our first Tasty by Greggs in February this year, it’s been brilliant to see fans enjoying the world’s biggest and most Instagrammable Greggs in Primark, Birmingham

“Opening our second in Primark’s flagship Oxford Street East store is yet another milestone in our wider London expansion, following recent openings at Leicester Square and Liverpool Street Station.”

Tim Kelly, director of business development at Primark, added: “Following the success of the first ‘Tasty by Greggs’ café in our Birmingham store, we’re delighted to be bringing the tastiest shopping experience to our London customers!

“The latest addition to our suite of in-store experiences in our Oxford Street East store, customers can now enjoy a tasty sausage roll and coffee to refuel while browsing the Primark products they know and love.”
