The Seacroft pub in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey has been sold to independent family brewer Frederic Robinson Ltd by property specialists Fleurets.

The property was previously privately owned, and features a lounge bar and dining area with approximately 120 covers as well as six ensuite letting bedrooms alongside an external terrace with an additional 80 covers.

Tim Martin of Fleurets, who brokered the sale, said: “The Seacroft is an attractive pub in a popular seaside tourist location, yet it is also close to the busy port of Holyhead and as such, has a strong trade throughout the year. The deal demonstrates the continued demand for quality trading opportunities in North Wales.

“Frederic Robinson Ltd also purchased the George III Hotel in Dolgelleau and the Four Alls in Caernarfon in 2017, which were also brokered by Fleurets.”
