Plant-forward salad bowl brand Atis has announced that it will open a new flagship store on London’s Regent Street on 3 June.

This will mark the brand’s sixth location in London and the first opening of 2024, with additional sites planned for Monument, Moorgate, Covent Garden and Battersea by the end of the year.

Since inaugurating its first store in Old Street in October 2019, the brand now has stores in Belgravia, Notting Hill, Canary Wharf and Borough Yards. Their ethos is centred around “balance, moderation and sustainability”, creating recipes that provide customers with the flexibility to choose from a variety of plant-powered options alongside meat, fish and dairy products.

The opening menu of the Regent Street site will feature a new salad bowl, available only at the new location, that will include romaine, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado, parmesan, crispy shallots and buffalo Caesar dressing with blackened chicken. Alongside the house salads and bowls, diners will be able to also choose atis plates, such as chimichurri wedges and ‘you feta believe it’, which were introduced in late 2023.

Designed in collaboration with Daytrip Studio, the new location will feature a mix of natural materials, from resin floors to wood, combined with “dynamic lighting” and the Atis custom yellow hues.

Co-founder Eleanor Warder said: “We are very excited to open atis on Regent Street: it marks a very exciting milestone in our journey. Our new flagship store embodies our commitment to offering fresh, vibrant and delicious food whilst creating an energetic and welcoming environment for our community.”
