The Liv Restaurant Belgravia has opened with a soft launch this week ahead of its official opening on 6 September.

For the first week of operation, ahead of LIV’s official launch on 6 September, those who book early will have the chance to sample executive chef Damien Monley’s breakfast, brunch and lunch menus alongside artisanal coffee and fresh, cold-pressed juices at a dedicated stand-up drinks bar downstairs.

Dinner service will be added later this year with music creating a groovy laid-back atmosphere.

LIV is Monley’s first foray into the British market, after his success with several high-profile food and drink business in Australia, including the all-day Flat White Cafe in Sydney’s upmarket Woollahra.

The interiors of LIV are fitted out in crisp white and neutrals, with plenty of fresh flowers, linen and wicker, and a contemporary art collection featuring artists such as Henry Moore and Alexander Calder.

Monley said: “After many months of hard work, recipe testing, market research and meeting our wonderful neighbours, it’s now time to bring Liv Restaurant to life.

“I’m super proud of the team we have put together and we are all extremely excited about the opening and showcasing some super tasty food, warm service, delicious wines and amazing coffee in a beautiful and fresh room.”
