Bill’s Restaurant and Bar, at intu Trafford Centre, is set for a new look as it undergoes a full relaunch in September 2019.
The property will transform the restaurant and bar with a new interior, which will include modern décor, with “vibrant colours, luxurious velvet seating and stunning chandeliers”.
The new space will accommodate up to 92 covers, including terrace dining. It will be closed for refurbishment from Monday 2 September and will reopen on Friday 6 September.
Founder Bill Collison said: “We have an amazing space here, and the restaurant is a popular spot, but we felt it deserved to be something a little more special.
“We have a fantastic a la carte dinner menu and we wanted the restaurant to reflect that. This new-look Bill’s will be somewhere where our guest can enjoy dinner and drinks in the evening, in a very beautiful setting.”
